Macro Monday

For Macro Monday... what kind of tree is this funny fir? It's needles wrap around each other and the limbs! Whimsical tree!

Oh, these are really small flowers (below) in real life. I love the yellow in the middle of the tiny flower, and the leaves are like thin paper.

  6. That is one cool Fir tree..I have never seen anything like it. I minored in Forestry..it looks so strange..was it in the wild?? It almost looks like it is deformed from a chemical or something..if you ever find out what it is ..please let me know as I am very interested:)
