There is a lookout above the river to look down on the Columbia on 1-90.
If you turn around and look up the hill, you will see the horses..

Wonderful wiev with the bridge and mountins way back. The horesculptures fits perfect on that spot. Used the link - interesting, thanks for showing and have a great Scenic Sunday (here it's not sunday yet...but Ill be gone from the Computer so I take the risk;-))
