Color Carnival..and Camera Critters...wait til you see this!
Now some sheep owners at the fair are very artistic, or breeders of a new kind of COLORFUL sheep!Happy Color Carnival... and Camera Critters as well!
All images are the possession of Mt Forest Pictures, please do not use without permission, thank you!
I know that the sheep doesn't care but I wonder what the other sheep think about that. It looks like food coloring so it will wash out eventually. It is a tied dyed sheep.
ReplyDeleteLarry.. that is exactly what it is.. I couldn't put a name to it!
ReplyDeleteThis is cute and lovely. Like a coat of many colors:).
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend.
I hope that colors will be gone soon, it sure will look weird if it's permanent!
ReplyDeleteLOL! Oh my, that's just wrong! It sure is perfect for the Color Carnival! Glad you made it early this week, I would have hated to miss this one for the featured photos! Have a colorful week! :-)
ReplyDeleteLOL I'm with Martha .... is this for real though?
ReplyDeleteVicki, I am thinking it was a creative FFA (Future Farmers of America) entry at the local fair..and food coloring which will eventually wash out!
ReplyDeleteA hippy sheep! I'd love a jumper in those colours, and the sheep seems to quite like them!
ReplyDeleteI use a Fuji FinePix - for the butterfly shots, I was up close in the macro setting (the butterflies were really absorbed with the flowers, so they didn't mind!) For the tortoiseshell, I'd set the photometry to "spot", which brings the colours on the butterfly out, and dims the background.
Happy photography!
hahaha...i love this so much, whoever did this was so creative. i just hope they used some non-toxic paints.
ReplyDeleteLove it! If it were permanent, you could spin some interesting yarn from this wool.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful colorful capture.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness Jan!! That is awesome! I love it, makes the sheep much more appealing don't you think?!?! I'm glad you got the picture and posted for us to see!!
